CEM Degrees designated for student loans

This news item may refer to the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) which became University of the Built Environment in June 2025.

The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has confirmed that the following CEM undergraduate degree programmes have been designated for student loans:

  • BSc Building Surveying
  • BSc Construction Management
  • BSc Estate Management
  • BSc Property Management
  • BSc Quantity Surveying

This means that eligible students are now able to apply to the UK Student Loans Company for tuition fee loans to help fund their programmes.
