The College of Estate Management (CEM) is pleased to announce it is a provider for the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Chartered Membership Programme (CMP). The CMP is a new route to CIOB membership (MCIOB) for individuals with significant construction industry experience.

Those wishing to progress from the Associate (ACIOB) or Incorporated (ICIOB) membership grades may find the CMP a more supported option than previous routes. It offers live web classes, online study materials, interactive activities and self-assessment exercises to help candidates prepare for the new open-book online exam and professional review submission.

The CMP is delivered through the CIOB’s Moodle-based virtual learning platform. The one, open-book examination is taken online over a period of 10 days, and is marked by CIOB examiners.
