Our MSc Real Estate Programme Leader, David Hourihan, spoke to UCEM PR and Social Media Manager, Andrew Belt, about his career, and what he loves about working in real estate and academia.

Over the course of the 20 minutes, David talks about how real estate is people-centric (citing a few key people who influenced him in his career), explains what drives him and even finds time to discuss his passion for cycling!
