Biography
Linda Serck is the content marketing manager at the University of the Built Environment, penning all the news and feature articles, case studies, interviews, and other written content on the University website.
She also works closely with academics on first-person opinion pieces and turning their esoteric academic papers into digestible content for a more general readership.
Linda proudly produces the University’s BE Sustainable podcast, which debates a range of hot topics related to the built environment sector. She is always open to ideas and interesting guests.
More recently, she has been involved with securing external media slots for academics on issues ranging from Heathrow runways to rats.
Her background is in newspapers, BBC radio, and BBC News online, with 25+ years of journalism and broadcasting career under her belt.
She uses her skills in research, writing, and networking to promote the University to both students and companies.
