Tim Bennett

Biography

Tim is an experienced professional whose career spans consultancy, higher education, and public service. He has been a Chartered Surveyor since 1984 and has held senior management roles across consultancy, client organisations, and academia. He currently serves as Dean for International and heads the University’s Asia Pacific (APAC) office in Hong Kong. He is currently responsible for shaping and implementing the University’s Asia Pacific strategy, driving international engagement and growth across the region.

Industry

Tim has over 40 years of industry experience having held senior management roles spanning consultancy, client organisations and higher education. Beyond the private sector, he has served in governance and policy implementation roles, including Non-Executive Director positions with an NHS Hospital Trust and a regional Health Authority, as well as tribunal panel and national steering committee work for the NHS Litigation Authority.
