Biography
Nicola Allen is a Building Surveyor and trained at the University of the West of England. Nicola is an Associate member of the RICS, Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
Recent experience in Higher Education academic teaching at the University of the Built Environment and previously at Birmingham City University delivering teaching sessions and modules on a number of Building Surveying and Built Environment related modules.
Over 10 years’ professional experience as a Building Surveyor and Project Manager and have been involved in the successful delivery of schemes within the Commercial and Education Sectors. Experience includes refurbishment projects and new build developments.
As part of Nicola’s engagement with the RICS, she is an RICS Associate Assessor.
