Biography
Dylan is a Chartered Construction Manager and has a First Class BSc (Hons) in Project Management (Surveying) and an Upper Second Class BA (Hons) in Post-compulsory Education and Training from the University of South Wales.
Prior to entering academia, Dylan worked as a building contractor and has project managed a range of projects from multi-million-pound residential developments to bespoke barn conversions. Dylan has also taught and managed at some of the largest education providers of construction courses across the country and is a former EQA with the country’s largest Awarding Body.
At present, Dylan is an operational firefighter and continues to work in this field, bringing a wealth of relevant knowledge and experience to his delivery which he uses to inform his practice and delivery of the Fire Safety and Building Control modules.
